Installed new hard drive and wireless printer won’t print. The driver

Printer works with all other devices. Will print an internal test page from Hp website but not from the control panel. No print jobs in que. even installed our other printer and no luck

If it's a new hard drive you have installed for your operating system, you will need to install Windows on it, then install drivers for chipset, network interface cards, video/audio etc., and then install all the many Windows updates.

 

Once all this has been done and its all fully updated with Anti virus/firewall and your usual applications installed, tested and operational you can then move on to installing your printer/drivers, and finally connect up your printer and try a test print.
