HP computer won't boot

Is there power to the receptacle that the computer is plugged into? Is the fan on the computer's power supply turning? Are there any lights on on the motherboard, or anywhere for that mat... Go to the full post »

Computer was working fine. Then the mouse malfunctioned, wheel quit working, clicks would highlight text instead of normal clicking.

When I rebooted, nothing worked. Computer would not grind away as always. It started to grind, then went silent. Nothing appears on monitor.
