Hi,

According to the Addition.txt log Kaspersky is disabled. When you enable it, Windows Defender should automatically disable itself.
If you like Kaspersky, feel free to keep it.

---------------

SmartScreen is a 'filter' that blocks known malicious content. See here for more information. My personal recommendation would be to keep it enabled.

iMacg3,

Yes, I disabled Kaspersky while I was downloading and uploading the programs, logs, etc., we worked with for this topic.

I want to again thank you for all your help.  Whose responsible to mark this topic as "Resolved?"  If I should do that, how do I do it?  I did a search on how to mark a topic resolved, but received no understandable answer.
