I hope I can describe this well enough for someone to be able to help me.  When I have pop-screens associated with what I am working on, I have to minimize all screens to keep it from disappearing,..,or going to the task bar,  This happens when I try to use Notepad, when I want to check on the progress of formatting a flash drive, & viewing properties of files.

I checked my other user account & it doesn't do this.  I am using the Administrator account, the other is a standard account.

Have you got any antivirus?

I use Windows Security.

UPDATE:  I downloaded Security Suite from Spectrum today.  I had forgotten to put it on this laptop.  I did a full scan & there were no viruses
