I was able to fix it, I had to do a factory restore.  Earlier I talked to tech support and they sent me a new phone.(Which is coming in the mail as of now) Any way I can prevent this from happening again or should I just take the new one and send this one back? Any thoughts?

EDIT-My phone is an ANS UL40.

1) Lookout for Android: https://www.lookout....ersonal/android

2) If it's free, take the new one.
