- Had blue screen Error code: 0xc000000f. I could not repair or see drive with windows installer usb flash drive

- Pulled the HD from non booting PC and plugged into working PC via HD enclosure but I can't see/access the bad HD

- How can I get inside the bad/non-booting HD to retrieve my data?

Is the HDD detected in the BIOS.

I could not repair or see drive with windows installer usb flash drive

The specs for the notebook here say that it has two USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0 port, did you use the USB 2.0 port when trying to use the flash drive and did you disable secure boot in the BIOS.
