My running system hard drive went bad.

I own a Asus Gaming pc and the hard drive my Windows running system was on, went bad. I also have 2 hard drives that I was using as internal-external flash drives. Will the information on those two hard drives be okay, until I can replace the running system?

Generally any other hard drive should be fine.
