Hi Guys,

I recently purchased a laptop(Huawei matebook D) and the keyboard is missing in the device manager. I have tried resetting the windows and the keyboard is still missing. Keyboard works in BIOS and if I try to reboot in CMD the keyboard works as well. I don't know whats the issue, I have installed all the drivers in manufacturers website but the problem still persist. The keyboard is also not working in safe mode. Help please.

Thank you!

When something is new and does not work correctly, return it for a replacement or refund.
