I have been encountered screen flickering problem in my hp notebook 15 - windows 10 64 bit version. i found that Intel hd graphics 620 display driver creating problem. I uninstalled it and installed Microsoft basic display driver and it works well. But after changing the display adapter i cant control the brightness of the laptop and some media players are not working as this is the old display driver. Can anybody help me to fix the problem with latest display driver - Intel hd graphics 620 ? I have tried reinstalling and updating windows, installed drivers from hp website and tried roll back to previous drivers and uninstalled and installed drivers but still having the problem. I'm really fed up with this problem, help me please////....

That is normal behaviour when using a third party driver, like Safe Mode you will only have the most basic of functions.

Can you post the exact model details for the HP notebook** so that we can do some research.
