My desktop Acer computer just started turning off as soon as I turn it

I took the panel off the modem and checked and the fan was running all connections were well connected and there is a brown and black cord that goes into a white P2 connector that is not connected to anything and I cannot see where it would connect I've checked all YouTube and internet for help I also took out the memory cards to place on metal and I noticed when I checked all the cords that the keyboard needed cleaned so I did that can you give me any other advice on what to do or about the P2 connector

Constantly rebooting or a complete shutdown whenever you try to power it on?
Furthermore, when was the last time you cleaned the inside part from dust?
