Macbook Pro 2014 Startup Disk not working

Hi, my Macbook Pro 2014 startup disk is not working when I start it up it comes up with a flashing question so then I click on command and R untill the apple logo shows up and then my screen shows a window which says Mac OS X Utilities, what should I do?
Please Help!
