Changed motherboard wont boot

Hello,

I have just changed my toshiba c660 laptop motherboard and when i try to boot it up there is nothing.
Fan runs for a few seconds and but there is no display.
What could be the problem, mb is new.

Hello,
Followed the steps, but it still wont boot.
Fan spins for 2 to 3 secs and nothing else.
