Start menu not working

I think I got it going again.  Updated Windows, seems to be okay now. Go to the full post »

I was trying to free up some space on my C: drive and move some files I did not think were important to the D: drive.  Somehow, I have messed up the Start menu and Office files.  I can right click on the Start menu and it looks fine, but a left click nothing happens except I get a message "Critical Error Your Start menu isn't working.  We'll try to fix it the next time you sign it".  It doesn't get fixed.  I have tried a few things from a search, Scannow and a couple of others.  I would like to get the start menu going again and Office stuff, especially Outlook.  Thanks,
