voodooshield webroot fail to protect

i take advantage of Voodooshield and Webroot. I down load a pdf. once I open it, it does some thing. My gadget is encrypted. Voodooshield fail to stop it and Webroot does not rollback the gadget.

customers at Malwaretips and Wilders promise me Voodooshield defend my machine. They inform the mix is very best protection.
