Can someone please help me get my computer back to normal. I recently got the Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c virus (Antivirusgold) strand.

I've tried to follow the directions of people that have had a similar problem, but with only little success.

I still have a blank blue screen with no icons and no task bar. I have to run all my programs from task manager.

Also, upon logging on to windows I get the message: "Explorer.exe Application Error. The application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application."
