Hello phillpower2, sadly to say pc started to freeze again, don't know what happened. I've not install any new program, just working with it.

But i've found on event viewer some info message before the kernel power shutdown.

 Logoff: 1

It is in italy but it says  Unable to find deescription for event id from origin igfxCUIService2.0.0.0.

All the best

That is related to the Intel graphics.

Check to see what if any drivers had been updated just previous to the issue starting up again, Windows 10 is notorious for updating graphics drivers for no reason and most often ending up in breaking things.

Evening  phillpower2, sorry to reply to you so late, but recently windows 10 forced me to update to the latest revision and again pc started to freeze completely at random times...

Tried again with intel drivers but nothing...sometimes pc lasts for some days, sometimes just some hours. Some days it freeze as soon as i've put my password to enter windows...again very annoying.

Tried to restore pc to factory default but nothing cause restore installed latest version of windows again...

Do you have some more suggestions?

Thank you very much in advance once again ;)

All the best

Hello timajus,

Unfortunately it has been so long between replies + you have been troubleshooting on your own so it would be best if we started afresh.

Please start a new thread and someone will assist you there, it would help if you could include a Speccy url in your OP.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Thank you very much phillpower2 for the reply. I'll do what you did describe. I will run speccy and post the snapshot and will open a new thread.

Thanks again for your politeness

Tim
