I need help badly! My laptop got infected some malware, so I ran MalwareBytes and it found about +100 things to remove. I told it to remove them, and then it said it had to reboot the computer.

After rebooted cant boot into windows and reboot automatically. The screen now stop at Choose an option(recovery mode) and cant boot into safe mode!

I am running Windows 10 Home if that helps. Please someone tell me what went wrong and how to fix it.

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hi fgawinson,

Welcome to GeeksToGo! :)

I see you also started a topic in the Computer Won't Boot - Malware Related forum. I am going to close this topic since that forum is more appropriate for what you are experiencing.

You are going to need a USB flash drive and another computer to use for transferring files.

Please be patient. One our dedicated experts will be with you as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Donna :)
