Lenovo laptop Win8.1. For no obvious reason, the mouse scroll wheel has stopped working. It's not the mouse, as I have tried two others, and the same thing happens. All three mice work fine on other laptops and PC's. Google search has not come up with anything that works. All suggestions appreciated.

Select your primary button - "left"
Roll the mouse wheel to scroll - "Multiple lines at a time"
Choose how many lines to scroll at a time - "6"
