Hi,

Although my desktop, Windows 10, will recognize my digital camera it will not do the same with a Desktop Document Camera Scanner.

The Ebay seller is no help at all in obtaining software.

Is there a generic software that can help?

Regards

Windows 10 has a wide range of drivers included in it so if it can't find the correct driver( so the device is correctly recognised) then you will need to download the driver from the manufacturer's website and install it manually before connecting the device.

Hopefully there will be a Windows 10 driver readily available for it, but if you can't find it then let us know and we will see if we can track one down...( we will need the exact make and model number of the desktop scanner)

It could be a worrying thought but maybe as the ebay seller is not being of any help to you perhaps she/he knows that there is no driver available for Windows 10....??

Hi, With this in mind I have contacted Ebay and I will let you know the results.

I will try plugging the scanner in again and reboot the computer to see if it can pick up the scanner.

Regards
