Not understanding what you are saying in your OP but what you describe regarding printing the back side of the page suggests that a document has been placed face down on a desktop scanner and then printed off, is that correct?

 

The printer details that you have provided show it to be the larger business type, these are often hired from third party companies who in turn are responsible when things go wrong.

 

Couple of questions if I may;

 

Is the printer here the same model as what you have,

 

Is this printer your own or does it belong to someone else.

 

Have you previously used this printer without having any problems.

 

What version of Windows are you using.
