Can someone tell me how to access a computer off site. We have an 87 year old uncle that is having difficulty using his computer. We are going on a motorhome trip around the country for many months. I need to be able to remotely help him. Both using Windows 10. Thank you in advance.

Hello Annmerry,

Also, have a look at the new Quick Assist feature in Windows 10.

I have used Teamviewer (which I do like) but for "fast, easy, and free" it's hard to beat Quick Assist.   And it's been much more robust than Windows Remote Assistance used to be on earlier Windows.
