Awful coil whine Xbox One

So, my og Xbox One from 2013 started acting weird with its disc drive. Found a fix by putting a disc in and leaving it there. Anyway, after reassembling it for cleaning and the like, it's had some AWFUL coil whine that it didn't have before. It isn't the PSU or the fan. It's coming from just above the power button area. Just to the right somewhat of the disc tray. Any ideas what it could be?
