Browser Hijack: SE.dll recurring?!? [CLOSED]

Ok, most of you who are reading this probably already know what se.dll is, that nasty coolwebsearch trojan that just wont die, i've tryed everything, every recommended program used to kill this thing only works until the computer restarts, and then it's there again. So where's the program that keeps making these god [bleep] things at every startup? Thats a good question that all of us would benefit from getting an answer from, apparently i dont have the answer for you, but i'll bet you anything that someone knows, if you do, please reply to help all of us coolwebsearch victims. :tazz:
