Hi,

My laptop is showing the wrong location.  It is showing a location in the neighboring state.  Attempts to correct it are being stymied by messages saying "settings are managed by my organization."  How do I make the laptop understand that I am not 400 km away?

I am retired and belong to no organization.

Please see attached pics.

Thanks in advance.

It looks to me based on the picture you need to try and turn location settings on.

In the "search the web and windows" box type location and click on location privacy settings and see if the button is on or off.

You can also check to see if your country or region is correct. Click on that option also.

That's exactly the problem.  I cannot change the location.  That particular button is greyed out.
