Okay, I'm trying to connect a LP-link (450) directly to my computer instead of using the wifi capabilities. The reason for this is that we have no access to the router at my place of work (bureaucracy) so we aren't able to set it up and connect to the internet. I'm hoping that we can find a way to connect the camera to the computer to gain access to the internet and retain control of the camera through the app remotely.

Is this possible? We are trying to enable a student to be "present" in the classroom and be able to look whereever they would like as the class goes on. We've been using an ipad and skype with a human operating but it's not ideal. We're hoping the student will be able to talk through and look through the 360 camera.

Any advice would be super!
