Trojan download cannot delete access denied?

My Norton Anti-Virus software comes up saying I have a trojan downloader, but it says cannot delete it because access to the file was denied. I also get a window when my computer starts up saying AUNPS2.DLL module won't open, that probaly has something to do with the trojan thing.
