windows xp and blue screen HELP! crashed computer

Hi, I need help bad!! my computer crashed i have tried a dianostic test and also a recover but it all goes back to the same dreaded blue screen. At the top of my screen it says Windows setup and at the bottom it says ....Windows is setting up. but nothing ever happens, it just stays that way. it's almost like windows is not there that it can't find it. I hope someone can help. Thanks!!

I forgot to mention it says to push F6 somehting bout a third driver.
