Since Microsoft phone Support told me that OneNote doesn't work on Enterprise LTRC/LTSB, I want to find a replacement.

But I can't find a note app that lets you turn off snap-to-grid to allow me to freely store situate text layers anywhere on the page.

Does anybody know a solution?

Hey thanks but I can't use OneNote on Windows Enterprise LTSC version, so I'll need a similar app which can turn off snap to grid the way One Note does.
