Windows 10 update has caused issues

So I have not let my computer update on awhile because every time it did it would boot up without all my files and downloads. Anyhow someone else aS is I g it and clicked yes on the install. So does starts up, I enter my password and the the little circle keeps going and going. Nothing shows up but the background picture.
I have an Aliens are Aurora R7
Bios version 1.0.17
You Intel i7-8700@32ghz

I can't get into anything other than the setup F2 or the F12 files
Can someone help me save my computer?
