There are no dlls being loaded by AppInit_DLLs so LoadAppInit_DLLs should be 0 but as you can see it is 1 so go ahead and merge the wininit.reg file.
The mouse behavior has been better the last two days. Whether it remains that way, who can say? I wanted to thank you for your help and sticking with me on this. I am always at a loss when something isn't going well with my electronics. Thanks again.
