Only appears when the temperatures go normal(When it's hot, heated up, no issues)

Thermal expansion.  Most materials expand when they are heated, when they expand that may cause a good or better connection on a cable, solder joint, or component.

When I worked on machines ATM'S and we could not identify the issue it became a matter of replacing suspected bad parts the thing is I always had a box of good know parts.......

I have no possible ideas where to look next it could be anywhere, it could be one component on the motherboard, a chip, capacitor...

I'll think more on this and let you know.

In the mean time.

Double check cables again, blow any dust away with canned air.

Re -seat any add on boards on motherboard...

Re- seat ram

You get the idea..

It's been a while but I recently bought new fans for the case and as I added them, I re-plugged everything, cleaned the dust and all. After all this, still experiencing the same crackling sound issue at lower temps...

Still having the same issues. I wanted to update my BIOS for the sake of curiosity but still haven't done that.

The cracks are the most annoying while playing music or movies but I often just open some app or game in the background to raise the temperature of my PC(To 60C approx). As mentioned before, at higher temperatures, cracks do not appear...

I haven't noticed a single crack or other non-normal sound coming since the latest WINDOWS UPDATES. I didn't even notice that the sound is clean, at first, it simply didn't happen and I forgot. Last night I remembered that I had such issue and I had like 2 or 3 different Windows updates during the last week or two. Now even at low temperatures such as 35-40C everything is fine.

Earlier, I had a clue it could be Windows doing such issues. A very long time ago, while using Win 7 or Win 8.1 I had also some sound issues as soon as I installed some updates of Windows but switching to Win 10 fixedthem. Now the opposite, I haven't done anything to my PC physically(Haven't even opened the case since the last dust cleaning which was a few months ago approximately) and installed only a few games with their apps.

The question would be, is this even possible for windows updates to fix such sound issues...?

That's great to HEAR. I suppose it's possible for windows up date to fix something like that.

And bad news, it's here again. No idea what changed. Either I was lucky somehow those days or no idea... Anyway, I am suffering from the crackle again.
