I plugged my iPhone 8 (my personal phone, not a company phone) into my work computer (a PC running windows 10) and accidentally hit "trust computer" and unlocked the phone to use it for a second. I was using a standard USB cord. I just needed to charge the phone and didn't realize this could be a security issue. My company uses an IT monitoring service that monitors our computer activity. Could they have accessed my personal data on my phone (photos, text messages, etc.) even if I wasn't logged into iTunes on that computer? And if so, can they still access my data now even when the phone is not plugged into the computer? This happened weeks ago but I only just realized that you're not always supposed to trust a computer when you plug it in. Please help I'm losing sleep over this.

I don't think they can access your data unless the phone remains plugged in and there actually using the computer that the phone is plugged into. You can un-trust that computer too if you want..

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it. Most companies aren't looking for what you have on your phone. They are looking at activity on a work computer.
