Hi,

I posted a topic a while ago and since then I haven't done any thing to my computer and now I'm going to sell it and build a new one.

System spec: (Of what my new system will be)

AMD Athlon 64-bit 3400+ 754
Foxconn NF4K8AB-8EKRS nForce4
Corsair x2 512 PC3200
Maxtor Plus 9 80GB SATA
Galaxy NVIDIA 6600GT 128Mb DDR3 PCI-E
Xpro 460w Quiet PSU
Philips DVD-RW 16x Dual Layer
Samsung Combo Drive 52x32x52x16x
Mitsumi Floppy Drive 1.44mb

But I would also like a 'Creative Labs Audigy 2 ZS Sound card' but I have looked at some reviews and people have said that they have problems with the driver CD's and have gone back to older cards. But there again other reviews say that they got it working lovely no problem. What should I do? Should I go for an older card or, is there new drivers? or is it luck.

Never had a problem with audigy 2 ZS, the external box is cumbersome and not as pretty as Soundblaster Live Drive.

Don't lose the CD as you only get updates from creative

forget about the sound card just get another graphix card for your sli pci slots, get the asus a8n deluxe sli mobo too, that thing has good enough onboard sound quality.
