So I have been on a computer with 8gb of ram for years and I thought that it might be the time to upgrade so I bought a new ram stick what is 16gb and 3600hz and I put it in and my pc starts but my monitor show that there isnt a signal or anything nothing happens besides the pc lights turning on and just making a little bit of noise and nothing else. I saw that my motherboard only supports 2133hz or something like to ram and I have tried switching them and taking one out and leaving one in and it still doesnt work. Please help
