Hello!!!

I have an ASUS F555L with some serious issues. Now my issues sound like they may be because virus's/malware but everytime I run a scan it comes back that everything is fine so I don't know. This is what my laptop is doing:

1. Takes forever to open/close pages.

2. After a windows update the app Cortana as well as its listing in the start menu is gone. I tried downloading cortana but its not right and isnt working the same as the original one.

3. Ive looked and looked all over computer for system restore but can't find it and whenever I ask in windows help regarding system restore it either comes back with no such topic/item is found or itll give me alot of other different topics instead.
