Hp pavilion stuck in start up loop

I own a hp pavilion and i went and turned it on to only have it not want to start right instead when i powered it up it says its diagnosing then screen goes blue and says if i would like to restart or go to advanced option and i have tried almost every option possible i think so if anyone has any ideas PLEASE HELP ME. Hope to hear from someone soon.
