Hey all,

I am running an LTSC version of Windows 10 on laptop that houses Plex Media Server. For some reason that I cannot determine through Event Viewer, the laptop periodically just "hangs" and is effectively shut down. It's not even a full shutdown, as the lights stay on, but it's like the laptop is in a permanent sleep state, and I have to hold down the power button until it fully shuts off, then restart.

I'm at a loss as to what to do. I know the times it shuts down, but as I mentioned, I cannot find anything in Event Viewer that could clue me in, and the only information I get is "Unexpected shutdown". I'd love to get this fixed, so any suggestions would be extremely helpful!
