Updating to Windows 1909

I am having an issue updating to Windows 10 1909. I disconnected all USB connections except for mouse and keyboard. It freezes at 48 percent after the first restart. I ran Scannow and it says there were errors and some errors were not fixed. I rain the recovery image and restore. It could not perform operation. It says the errors are in the dism log. Attached is the file. Can someone look at it and tell me ehat is wrong and what to do to fix it? There are also errors in the CBS.log but I cant send it. It says its too big.
