(I just tried searching this site for instructions on how to remove Zoom's stubborn exe file, which I understand is notorious, but to my surprise I couldn't find anything - or at least anything which leapt off the screen at me.)
I downloaded Zoom's exe file from their own website about an hour ago and I'm now grappling with a situation which I now understand is very common: if I try to delete it, I just get a message saying 'You'll need to provide administrator permission to delete this file' - and the only options I'm offered are Continue, Skip or Cancel, none of which achieves anything.
This is my home PC I'm talking about, so there IS no administrator, only me.
I appear to have managed to delete the main Zoom software already (which I decided I didn't want if it was going to be anything like its exe file), but as for how to kick the said exe file out..... I'm stumped.
If anyone can shine a light into my darkness, I'd massively appreciate it. Thank you.
I'm running Windows 7.
