The PSU cannot be tested any other way than on a technicians bench using specialist equipment and what the equipment does is simulate a computer under load so that the PSU behaves just as it would if in your PC.

The computer specs here list the following two power supply options, surprised how low a wattage they are tbh; 280 to 300W is usually the minimum.

Power supply Some: 180 watts, autosensing, 85% PSU, EnergyStar 6.1, universal (100V-240V)
Some: 210 watts, autosensing, 85% PSU, EnergyStar 6.1, universal (100V-240V)

Your HWMonitor info is showing some strange voltages + signs of overheating, we have no way of checking the voltage so can only look at the temps.

In your first picture, TMPIN0 is the temperature of the MB which at 67 to 74°C is too hot,

Further down in the same pic you will see Temperature - Package. This is the temp of the CPU socket and it is reaching 83°C when the computer is not even under load.

Picture two shows that the CPU is reaching between 82/83°C when only running HWMonitor so chances are that when the computer is being put under load the CPUs 90°C thermal cut off point may be being reached and the computer shutting down to protect the CPU from frying.

One test that you can try if you have a small desktop type fan, remove the side of the case and direct the fan so that it is blowing cool clean air into the case so that it cools down all of the internal hardware.

There are three setting in BIOS for ICE fan control.

better Acoustic performance (was at this setting)

Better Thermal Performance

Full Speed.

I changed it to full speed for now, but don't want to continue with that noise long term.

Has the computer restarted while running the fan at full speed?

Need to have a security expert look at this, hang fire until you either get a reply here or if your thread is moved to the malware removal forums.

I have two of these machines and as you can see the voltages are very similar.
