Hello daniel.karakas,
We can see a couple of issues going on in both Speccy and the MTB log but before elaborating can I ask a few questions;
Is there any pattern to the behaviour as in does it only happen if you are watching online videos or gaming etc.
What is the brand and model name or number of the PSU.

Was this a clean install of Windows 10 or an update from a previous version such 1809.

Thanks a mil for your reply and your tip.
Answers to your questions:
1. I haven't noticed any patterns often when downloading large files it happens and when my wife plays facebook games online.
2. PSU: FSP 300-600tha(1) (see attached photo)
3. When I first bought the computer I believe I had to upgrade it to Windows 10 when I got home. This was several years ago, I have no idea or recollection of that march 15 update. That was the first day I used my computer in a month after coming home from vacation, so yes it was some sort of automatic update.

Speccy shows that Defender is your AV protection but Avira is also detected by Speccy, see canned expanation and suggestion below, no rush with this as going offline now as I have an early start.

Having more than one AV or Firewall installed on your computer is bad, it will slow down the computer, cause internet connection problems and leave you with no AV protection at all if they cancel each other out as they fight for resources.
Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 come with an improved Windows Defender, it offers the same real-time anti-virus/anti-malware protection as Microsoft Security Essentials. Windows Defender also shares the same malware signature definitions as Microsoft Security Essentials, and Forefront Endpoint Protection. Technically, Microsoft Security Essentials has not been renamed Windows Defender, or combined with it in Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.
If any AV product that you have is a paid for version you should always make sure that you have a copy of the product key kept somewhere safe just in case you ever wish to reinstall it.

If you stick with only Windows Defender, once any other AV has been correctly uninstalled, check to see if Windows Defender has auto enabled and allow it to update and carry out a full scan of your computer.

HI,
Avira had been uninstalled before installing MS Defender but there were some residue traces of Avira left . I think I was able to get rid of them. After doing that I installed a heat monitor, my 4 cores maxed out at between 54 and 58C.

What can`t speak can`t lie and you could see for yourself that Avira was detected by Speccy so it was there somewhere.
Can you post an updated Speccy url for us.

I notice those five instances of avira still running on the computer but have no idea how to get rid of them. I have used the Avira Registry Cleaner that came from your link to avira page. I have also went in manually to delete all avira registry items I could find.
Not sure what else to do.

Lets see if we can get rid of Avira another way, no rush on my behalf as I will be going offline soon.
Post an Autoruns log for us, see here
1: Extract the Autoruns Zip file contents to a folder.
2: Double-click the "Autoruns.exe".
3: Click on the "Hide Signed Microsoft and Windows Entries” option.
4: Go to File then to Export As or Save in some versions.
5: Save AutoRuns.txt file to known location like your Desktop > when you click on File > Save you will then get the option to Save as type, click the drop down tab, change it to Text and then click the Save button.
6: Attach to your next reply.

After Choose file you then need to click on the Attach This File tab.

You have saved it as ARN when it needs to be saved as txt;
5: Save AutoRuns.txt file to known location like your Desktop > when you click on File > Save you will then get the option to Save as type, click the drop down tab, change it to Text and then click the Save button.

All of the below are traces of Avira that are scattered around and need to be gotten rid of, create a new system restore point run Autoruns and delete all of the following, see the To Disable or Delete? info here once done, run Speccy and post the url for us.
