It works without the Hub but with it, its a no go. Its a NexiGo webcam. The Hub is made by Targus. Not sure of the model numbers.

Is it a powered hub? If not, it might not be able to supply the power needed.

It still might not be able to supply the power needed, but I don't know why it wouldn't work other than that.
