Hi everybody :

I don't understand how to use an NVME SSD.   My Gigabyte Motherboard says  "mSATA".   Do I use it as extra storage ?   Or as a backup device ?  Also.......some say there are no Windows 7 drivers for this.  Some say I don't need a driver.

 Advice ?

Hello garystan,

Can you post the model name or number of the Gigabyte MB so we can check the specs.

Kingston have some good info on what you ask Understanding SSD Technology: NVMe, SATA, M.2
