With one of my friends Skype messages he sends won't send, it stays on his end I am offline when I am not. Does not seem to be the case with my other friends who use Skype. Is the problem on my end or his and how can it be fixed?
I am using my custom built PC, my friend is using his moto e6 phone.

Sounds like it maybe his problem. Have him turn on an off any router or modem then try sending.
