Help me for the love of GoD! I have this have lost contorl of my backround I can't control it. I had PSGaurd and Spy Sheriff show up on my computer and My backround.

I have read other people with similar problems but nothing seems to work quite the same i will post my own Hijackthis log. Here it is.
