What is geocode and why am I receiving this pop-up?

When I go to a local business Web site I receive this pop-up (see attached screen shot). I wanted to know the reason and if there's anything I can do to prevent it?

Perhaps it makes sense to you. It does not to me because i am not sure of your Google maps set up or even if you use it.

 

Does this happen in other browsers as well ?

Thanks for the link, However, I don't understand most of it, either. I'm not to up-to-date on tech talk. I also attempted the same page with IE and got the same pop-up.
