In a chat room someone posted an image in WEBP format. I can't convert it to jpg despite following online instructions (more are for newer Windows versions or by using Chrome). I almost exclusively use Firefox. Below is the message I get no matter what I do:

I found  a quick solution. Take a page screen shot, then upload into MS Paint and save as the preferred format. Thanks for the tip, though.

-Download IrfranView http://www.irfanview.com/
*I usually associate only the files Windows can't open*
-Open your file
-Save as
-Choose your desired format

*HBCD 15.2 has this program, you can use that one if you have it.
