Good luck with this request ripo66, we can give you a couple of pointers as to where to look for archived info on the parts but that is about it I`m afraid.

 

CPU Benchmarks

 

Using your first CPU as an example;

 

Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E7500 Compatible Intel desktop boards here Best other LGA 775 boards here

 

 

NB: Keep in mind that the RAM needs to be considered as well, use the fastest that is compatible and have two sticks for dual channel performance.

Hardly, you have been a GTG member for over seven years and I recall offering you assistance in the past but you abandoned that thread without even getting back to us as you also did with the remarkably similar thread that iammykyl helped you with here back in 2013 

 

You don`t use the CPU benchmarks to find what is the best MB, you use it to find the best CPU on your list and then pick the MB on the list that supports the CPU + has the best spec.

ok i understand about cpu 

But as for the motherboards 

What is the best way to know which three boards are the best and strongest of course? Technologically advanced ?
