I noticed this issue recently on my Android smartphone (Samsung A 10).. When I try to open a notification appear on notification bar, my smartphone shows " Unfortunately (app name) has stopped" message and disappear without showing me the specific notification on the specific app..This doesn't happen all of the time and for all of the apps. Only for several apps..In simple terms, I can't open a notification from notification panel.. Any idea about this complication?

Thanks for sharing..According to this reference, I think  lack of memory space is the issue.. I've stored heavy load of films and video clips on my device..Let's see what would happen after deleting some of them..
