I am using Greenshot, a freeware program and it will instead of capturing the Window of a Windowed game will try to capture the whole screen accept for the taskbar, any idea how I can fix this? I have tried both restarting Greenshot and rebooting my PC. Neither worked. I am using my custom Windows 10 PC.

None of this works for you.
There are two ways to take screenshots with Greenshot: Right-click the system tray icon and select the type of screenshot you want to take from Capture Region, Capture Last Region, Capture Window, Capture Full Screen. Use the keyboard shortcut associated with the type of screenshot you want to take.
